Project Summary

Provide and Supply Visitor Management System, training, manual catalog, and other required services for the system can easily operate any form of computer, mobile, etc. Provide a solution that shall meet all the requirements for efficient management of visitors. The Visitor Management modules assist in capturing all relevant information about the visitor which is automatically captured in a database and a professional quality visitor badge to be printed.

Implementation Scope

  • Responsible for interfacing with external systems (SIPC)
  • Responsible for interfacing with Honeywell Access Control System
  • Responsible for Integration with Active Directory, Exchange System
  • Responsible for Integration with Wi-Fi System
  • Responsible for Hardware and Software to be part of the scope including Printer, Cameras, and other needed solutions to bring the system to operate.
  • Responsible for AMC after 3 months after the start of delivery to OQ
  • Support the Go Live support period and hand it over to the OQ team.
  • Training and workshop for all the OQ authorized employees
